The operator is based in Spain, and the laws of Spain govern these terms and operations. Many games are embedded through iframes from third-party providers. These external providers set their own cookies and receive your IP address when their games load. We do not control these third parties.

How We Choose the Games

Games on Venko Games are selected based on playability, browser compatibility, usability, and overall player experience. Before any title is published, it undergoes a review to confirm that it loads properly, functions reliably in modern web browsers, and fits into the site's established categories.

Because many titles are hosted by external game distributors, pre-publication testing helps verify that controls, graphics, and performance work as expected. We evaluate whether the interface is clear and whether gameplay remains stable during regular use. If a game fails to load correctly, suffers from technical errors, or does not meet basic usability standards, it is excluded from our catalog. Listings remain subject to review if an embedded game stops functioning over time.

We also use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and monitor performance. Both Google AdSense and Google Analytics place cookies on your device to deliver these services. Additionally, third-party game providers whose content is embedded in iframes set their own cookies and receive your IP address.

We do not charge subscription fees, sell games, or require payments for any features on the site. Advertising revenue covers the operational costs of maintaining our servers, reviewing game submissions, and keeping the website available to the public.

Our Commitment to Safe, Free Play

Our audience includes school-age children, and we adhere to COPPA and GDPR-K expectations. Visitor data is not used to profile children. No user accounts exist, so children and adults alike can play without sharing account credentials.

First-party page views record the page path, page type, game ID, device class, referring host, and timestamp. No third party receives this data. Raw page-view records are deleted after 3 days, with only daily totals kept afterward. Our visitor counter hashes a secret, the date, the IP address, and the user-agent; it stores no raw IP addresses and prevents linking across different days. Contact form submissions record IP addresses and user-agents to enforce a rate limit of 3 messages per hour and block abuse.
